Hello, I'm Swapna. With over thirty years of teaching experience, I've helped hundreds of students master Economics and Business Studies – from their first steps to outstanding exam results. My aim is to make complex ideas clear, build confidence, and help every learner find their path to success.
My Approach
I approach tutoring in Economics and Business Studies as if I'm helping students map new terrain. Together, we explore real-world stories behind the numbers, then work through carefully chosen questions that act like signposts, guiding them deeper into the subject. My sessions are energetic and conversational, mixing short bursts of problem-solving with moments to pause and connect the dots. I tailor the route for every learner — sometimes we slow down to build strong foundations, other times we press forward to stretch their thinking.

Online Lessons
Online lessons via Zoom, with an interactive whiteboard for shared problem-solving (students with a tablet and stylus can join in directly).
In-Person Sessions
I offer in-person tuition at students’ homes across Slough, Windsor, Eton, Maidenhead, Marlow, Henley-on-Thames, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross, as well as nearby areas.
